Acceptable Stay

convenient locationbramley productsgreat breakfastperfunctory greetingempty barpoor service
I appreciated the hotel's location. It was very convenient. The provided toiletries from Bramley products were also a plus, and I enjoyed their scent. The breakfast was delicious. It had a great choice of items.
The greeting at arrival felt perfunctory. It seemed staff tried to rush through all the rules. Locating someone upon arrival was challenging, because the bar area was empty. I wasn't thrilled with the service. It seemed like the hotel was a bar run by trendy people with no hotel service clue.

the car park opposite was convenient, and i appreciated the location.
the shower was cold, a real disappointment. heating pipes were very noisy throughout the night, which affected my sleep quality. i hoped for a more restful experience, but the noise made it difficult.
