Many guests appreciate the hotel's prime location, directly across from the i360 and within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The freshly made breakfast is often mentioned as a highlight, with special cocktails like the 'Jam Session' being a must-try; however, a few guests have noted inconsistent opening hours for dinner service. some issues overshadowed the stay

bad plumbing inconsistent food hours
the staff were nice there.
The room smelled bad. I was surprised they let people stay there for that price. the food times were not consistent with the website. Dinner was booked but not available. the girl at departure didn't seem concerned about the feedback given.

Acceptable Stay

convenient location bramley products great breakfast perfunctory greeting empty bar poor service
I appreciated the hotel's location. It was very convenient. The provided toiletries from Bramley products were also a plus, and I enjoyed their scent. The breakfast was delicious. It had a great choice of items.
The greeting at arrival felt perfunctory. It seemed staff tried to rush through all the rules. Locating someone upon arrival was challenging, because the bar area was empty. I wasn't thrilled with the service. It reminded me of the hotel was a bar run by trendy people with no hotel service clue.
